Vendor Application 2014

Based on the success of our event last Fall, Harlem Food Festival, (see video)
(see press) we are launching Harlem Eats, which will take place each Saturday from May –November.

We are currently selecting a limited amount of vendors that are
committed to excellence, creativity and yumminess! We have a phenomenal location but it is not big enough to accommodate as many vendors as we would like to. We are looking for those who will be a good match with our brand and with the other vendors. ( for example, we won’t accept two vendors who are selling similar products)

Location: 8th avenue right above central park between 117th and 118th streets (accessible via the B & C trains)

In addition to the Application, please include an image of your product (the more the better!) and a link to your website if applicable.

Dates: Every Saturday from May 10-November 1, 2014
Time: 11am -5pm

Space Rental Rates
*We offer 1-month and 3 month package deals

6×6 Table Space Packaged Food Only
4 Saturdays $500 ($125 per Sat)
12 Saturdays $1200 ($100 per Sat)

10×10 Booth Space-Prepared Food (No electric-with propane)
4 Saturdays $700 ($175 per Sat)
12 Saturdays $1800 ($150 per Sat)

10×10 Booth Space Prepared Food (Electric)
4 Saturdays $900 ($225 per Sat)
12 Saturdays $2400 ($200 per Sat)
